I usually listen to music or podcasts with headphones while exercising, but that day I didn&#8217;t listen to anything. I walked for two hours. I was left alone with my own thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maybe we need to get bored and think. Maybe we need to get bored. Maybe the brain feeds on this. On boredom. But this boredom isn&#8217;t the kind that comes from difficulties. It&#8217;s the boredom that comes from nothingness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The brain must perform its primary function. Perhaps. Perhaps it needs to think about its energy, that is, its thoughts, to contribute to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But we constantly build up stress by warning him. We are constantly being warned. Through advertisements, podcasts, music, talking to someone, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When does the brain breathe? When it sleeps. And most of us have disrupted sleep patterns.
